Welcome to our New 1L Board Representative!

JLS would like to welcome Noam Amir-Brownstein to the team!

Noam Amir-Brownstein was recently appointed as the 1L Board Representative to the Jewish Legal Society Executive Board. Please join us in congratulations Noam in his new position! As with all members of the JLS E-Board, please feel free to contact us at any time with your questions or concerns.

And with that, here is a little more about your new 1L Board Representative from Noam himself:

I was born and raised in Portland and moved away to Las Vegas for my undergrad studies at UNLV. I got degrees in both History and English before deciding to come back to the Northwest and attend Lewis & Clark. I am still unsure of what type of law I want to practice but hopefully will be able to decide soon. I am really into sports and am a huge Trailblazers, Ravens, and Timbers fan. Any time I can get to watch one of their games I love.  A fun fact about me is I have been to Israel over 25 times in my life (most summers and winters growing up) and speak Hebrew fluently. I look forward to serving as the 1L rep this year. May we all have a Shana Tova.
