Read the November issue of NCVLI’s bi-monthly Victims’ Rights Community Update!  In an effort to regularly highlight the achievements of the amazing people in our victims’ rights community, NCVLI launched the Victims’ Rights Community Update in 2010, a publication that is received by over three thousand community members.  Each Update spotlights community members and their work, identifies ways you can get involved in the victims’ rights movement, and provides education on victims’ rights.
