Personal Statement:
I have served on the Academic Enhancement Committee the past two years and have developed a keen sense for how admissions works, what L&C wants and needs in forming a diverse student body and what L&C can do better.

Goals:
I hope to continue the trend of admitted a more diverse student body of not only students of color but with diverse and interesting backgrounds. Further, I hope to look beyond the raw data LSAC provides to law schools in order to admit students that are a good fit for L&C.

Personal Statement:
I am extremely interested in participating in increasing diversity of the Lewis & Clark Law School. I think diversity requires more than cursory look at the boxes people check, and to build a truly diverse community at the law school, we need programs like AEP that spend the time and effort to really consider applicants. I have found that the AEP program as a whole is a really useful resource, and builds a powerful support system for many students. I would appreciate the opportunity to participate in this program and help keep it strong.

Goals:
I would like to continue the important work, as well as maintain the flexibility of the program to allow it to shift to meet the changing needs of the Lewis & Clark community. Overall, I look to be a helping hand to give back to the program, and to SBA.
