Personal Statement:
Before starting law school, I did a legal internship with Bosch Solar Energy. Sure, I had plenty of tasks to keep me busy, but I felt I could bring something more to the table. There was a company wide publication there, but nothing particular for the legal department. So I initiated a bi-monthly, inner department news letter. As sole creator, developer, editor, and writer, I worked tirelessly to make the publication interesting, informative, relevant and fun to read. I will do the same with The Fine Print. And I’ll always be searching for ways to bring more to the table. Everybody loves a good story, but they’re not always easy to find. It takes craft, industry, and connections to follow the right leads and ask the right questions to uncover something good. As editor of The Fine Print, that will be a key part of my mission, and I’ll see to it that it’s done. I’ll separate the good stories from the so-so, develop incentives to encourage more student submissions and
utilize the best available technology to capture breaking stories, make design improvements, and increase efficiency.

Goals:
1.) Improve content and design
2.) Maximize funding
3.) Allocate internal resources more efficiently
4.) Grow readership
5.) Enlighten!
