NEDC is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court
7/2/2012 - On June 25, 2012, the U.S. Supreme Court decided to grant review of a Ninth Circuit decision regarding the Clean Water Act.

The U.S. Supreme Court has decided to grant review of the Ninth Circuit’s decision that the discharge of pollutants from logging roads requires a Clean Water Act permit. The court granted consolidated review for Decker v. NEDC and Georgia Pacific West v. NEDC on June 25, 2012.
