Courtney Flora ’98, is a partner in the Seattle law firm McCullough Hill Leary PS, where she focuses on land use and environmental law. Courtney advises clients through the entitlement process, negotiates with agencies regarding development and permit conditions, and litigates zoning and permit-related appeals before local governments, boards and state courts.
Before entering private practice in 2003, Courtney served as a deputing prosecuting attorney for Snohomish County and a law clerk to the Honorable Susan R. Agid in at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division I.
Courtney and her husband Ted Webber (also a ’98 graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School) live in Seattle with their two young children and try to spend as much time as possible on Whidbey Island.
