20th Anniversary Party Great Success!

September 28, 2016

What a great success Earthrise’s 20th anniversary party was! We want to thank all of you who attended for making this a super fun, fabulous, and memorable night. Seriously, we couldn’t have asked for a better turnout of our family, friends, and students both new and old. We also want to thank those of you who couldn’t make it, but still reached out with your donations and great memories of Earthrise and PEAC past.

The party was a great kickoff to our drive to fund our Founders’ Legacy Fellowship. Earthrise’s fellowship program is part of its commitment to teaching the next generation of environmental advocates. Started in 2013, Earthrise’s fellowship program has grown and now includes two recent graduates from the law school as full-time fellows. During their two-year tenure, Earthrise fellows develop their own cases while simultaneously working with senior attorneys to gain valuable experience at the beginning of their careers.

Thank you to all our volunteers, including Tim Murphy and Heather Hanson of The Super Groovy Cosmic Bus Entertainment for their wonderful photos from the night. You can check them out here and here.

Also, thank you to our sponsors and those who generously donated to our silent auction: Hopworks Urban Brewery; Eastside Distilling; Oregon Ballet Theatre; Mississippi Studios; Blue Scorcher Bakery & Café; Widmer Brothers Brewing; Crater Lake Spiritsl Mt. Hood Meadows; Fort George Brewing; Toro Bravo; Grand Central Baking Company; Multnomah Whiskey Library; Voicebox; Stumptown Coffee Roasters; and Kazaan Viveiros.
