On March 21, the law firm of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer hosted an amazing national training to increase the pool of lawyers ready to serve victims. NCVLI Executive Director Meg Garvin joined experts from Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation, the Network for Victim Recovery of DC and Protect Our Defenders to train lawyers in New York, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago and Washington DC. The training covered key victims’ rights issues and best practices in representing victims. Click here to view photos from the event.
