2018 Conference Update

Join us in Portland, Oregon this June 7-8th for our Crime Victim Law Conference. This year’s Conference, themed Unlock the Power of Victims’ Rights, features plenaries, breakout sessions, and roundtable discussions addressing a wide range of topics .

Plenary Highlight:  Cristin Casey, JD & Jenn Gaddis, JD, both of Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries; Janis Puracal, JD, Maloney Lauersdorf Reiner; and Joel Shapiro, JD will discuss the intersection of criminal, civil and administrative litigation when representing victims of sex trafficking.

Breakout Session Highlight:  Major Kristen Fricchione, JD & Patti Sudendorf, JD of The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center & School will discuss providing an integrative, electronic map to assist and educate child-victims about the military justice process.
