Limited open book. Students may use their casebook and statute book, along with any *printed materials they have prepared themselves.*

Special Exam Instructions:

Students may use a computer only to type the exam - not to access anything on the internet, the class TWEN site, their own notes, etc. They may not use any materials prepared by others, including any materials prepared by the professor. For example, they may not use any powerpoints from class - they would need to incorporate the information from the powerpoints into their own notes, which they would then need to print out for use during the exam.
