Thursday, January 7 at 11:45pm:
Student and Alumni Applications Due (Please note that some employers will have different deadlines or choose to conduct interviews separately.)
Tuesday, January 19:
Students and Alumni notified if selected to interview
Thursday, January 21:
Students and Alumni notified of interview schedule
January 25 - 29: Recruitment at Lewis & Clark Law School
Employers select the days and times that work best for them
Interviews will occur via Zoom or other platforms of the employer’s choosing
Be ready a little early (best professional dress and video setup)
- Interviews will last 20 - 30 minutes
Employers that are unable to join in the Recruitment the week of January 25 - 29 may participate in a Resume Collect. These employers will request that candidates send them their resume (and possibly additional materials, if specifically requested). If an employer would like to interview any candidate who submitted materials, they will directly contact the candidate and schedule an interview at a time and location outside of the recruitment week.

Who can attend or interview?
Students and Alumni from Lewis & Clark Law School are encouraged to attend and apply for pre-scheduled interviews. Sorry, no other groups or individuals are permitted to participate.
How do I apply?
There is no need to register for this event. To participate and be considered for jobs, submit applications to the individual employers who will interview at the Recruitment through the Career Connect On Campus Interview (OCI) Round.
What is the deadline to apply for interviews?
In order to be considered for pre-scheduled interviews, application materials must be submitted through Career Connect by Thursday, January 7, 2021 @ 11:45PM (before midnight!).
How will I know if I have been selected?
Candidates will be notified by Tuesday, January 19, 2021, regarding whether they have been selected for an interview. Please note that some employers will have different deadlines or choose to conduct interviews separately.
What happens if I get an interview?
Students will receive notifications that they have an interview, confirmation of the interview date, time and link to connect, and a reminder email. Join the video chat at the appointed time and put your best foot forward. Then the employer will follow up as appropriate.
Can I see a list of employers who will be there?
Click this link to see which employers are registered for the fair. This list will be updated regularly, so check back often!
Can Career Services provide assistance with my materials before I submit them to a potential employer?
Of course! If you are a Lewis & Clark student, you have an assigned advisor who is available to assist you with job application materials and career strategy. One caveat: avoid waiting to the last minute, because sometimes your advisor has other students who need help, too, or appointments that could cause a time crunch in advance of the deadline.
