Authorized Materials:

This exam is open book, meaning that you may bring in anything that you like in printed or handwritten form. You are also permitted to bring electronic copies of materials on a separate device (e.g., an iPad or iPhone). But you are not permitted to access the Internet with that device during the exam. That means that if you want to view something that is usually available online, like your casebook, statutory instruments, or TMEP, you will have to download it ahead of time onto your second device. Also, keep in mind that ExamSoft will prevent you from accessing other files on your laptop or from accessing the Internet. Violation of these policies is subject to the Honor Code and its procedures.
