Fighting for Sexual Assault Victims’ Rights

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Child Abuse Prevention Month.  Just recently we helped a Maryland attorney representing adult and child-victims of sexual assault.  In case after case these victims were being re-victimized as the court granted continuances that resulted in substantial delays. The very same day that we received the request for assistance, we provided sample pleadings to help fight this re-victimization.  We are ready to fight for these victims’ rights!  Request technical assistance.
