Open gallery
A second COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be available on the Lewis & Clark campus on Thursday, June 3.
This clinic is open to all Lewis & Clark community members, including:
- CAS, law, and graduate students
- CAS, law, and graduate faculty
- CAS, law, graduate, and common services staff
- Individuals who received a first dose on campus on May 4
The clinic will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Pamplin Sports Center. In order to receive a vaccination, you must sign up for an available appointment using this link. If all spots are filled, please contact Heyke Kirkendall-Baker at hkirkendall-baker@lclark.edu, and we will try to increase capacity to meet demand.
Please schedule your appointment by 5 p.m. on June 1. After you have signed up for an available time slot, you should receive a confirmation email.
Plan to arrive at Pamplin no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We need to maintain social distancing. Wear your mask at all times and maintain at least six feet of distance when queuing at the registration table and while waiting after you have received your shot. Do not report to the clinic if you have recently had any symptoms of COVID or you have recently been exposed to someone with COVID.
There will be no charge to community members for this vaccination clinic. Please bring photo identification and your insurance card if you have one. (You will receive a vaccination shot regardless of whether you have insurance. However, the vendor will bill insurance companies for those with a valid insurance card.) With your sign-up confirmation email, you will receive a consent form to sign, insurance form, and other vaccination information. This will also be available at the clinic registration table in Pamplin.
You will be required to remain in Pamplin for at least 15 minutes after receiving your shot and may be required to remain longer if you have a history of certain allergic reactions. Please enter and exit Pamplin through the designated doorways only.
If you have problems using the appointment scheduler or questions related to your appointment time, please contact Heyke Kirkendall-Baker at hkirkendall-baker@lclark.edu. If you have other questions about COVID vaccination, please email covid19info@lclark.edu.
