Dannielle Booth (’09)

Dannielle Booth graduated in December 2009 from Lewis and Clark’s evening program, accelerated by summer classes. (Go, Green Pod!) Night school allowed her to burn daylight working with a national Real Estate Investment Trust. Upon graduation, equipped with a business law certificate and newborn son, she began work in private practice for a Portland insurance defense firm. She then accepted an opportunity to work with the tax team at Mentor Graphics. Another newborn son and a few more years found her making partner with a boutique law firm specializing in insurance defense against fraud.

Her passion for real estate never stopped calling though, and as the markets began to recover, she answered. Dannielle now serves as a Commercial Escrow Officer in coordination with Ticor Title’s National Commercial Services located in downtown Portland. Her experience in litigation in both federal and state courts, brings a unique skill set to the well-prepared closing and risk assessment in the offer of title insurance.

She is an active member of the Oregon State Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association. Though her heart beats loudest in her beloved Portland, she closes nationally. She also eagerly anticipates closing internationally as the world becomes just a little close-knit every day.

At heart, Dannielle lives for adventure. You may find her backpacking with her family and standard poodle. She might be pounding the pavement on a long run. Her nose could be buried in an epic fantasy saga. Or, she may just be working your escrow. Closing real estate, after all, is one great adventure. Let the journey begin!
