Authorized Materials:

1. The examination will be limited open book. You are welcome to bring with you into the exam your casebook, supplement, handouts, outlines, class notes, and any printed notes you have prepared yourself, except for commercial publications or outlines. That is, you may bring in the Aleinikoff, Martin, Motomura, Fullerton & Stumpf casebook and Supplement but no other commercial publications. You may not bring to the exam copies of prior exam questions or answers.

2. You are responsible for reading and following the instructions in What’s What about computer use in exams and any other instructions from the registrar’s office about using computers in exams.
