Test Date: Unscheduled, Available Thursday October 13 - Monday October 24, 48 Hour Exam, Take at Home
Students will not be using Examplify for this mid-term exam. Exams must be taken and received in firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 11:55pm on Monday October 24.
Exam Type: Word Document
Student will use a word document to complete their exam answers and will submit their exams to email@example.com.
Open Book, power point slides, own research and internet research.

Students will not be using Examplify for the 48 hour Litigation and the Art of War mid-term exam. Instead you will order a pdf copy of the exam questions from the Registrar’s office. Please read the instructions below for more information.
Beginning on Thursday October 13, students may begin ordering their exam from the Registrar’s office. The exam must be ordered during office hours only. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. (Pacific Daylight Saving Time, PDT) The office is closed on Saturday & Sundays, no exams will be issued on Saturday or Sunday. Please plan accordingly.
If you would like to take the exam on Monday October 24, you may do so but be aware, your completed exam must be received by 11:55pm PDT on Monday October 24.
This 48-hour exam is a take at home exam only. No room on campus has been reserved for this exam. Remember, students may not use the Boley Law Library, Law Library study rooms or any other unreserved space on the law campus to take their exam.
When you are ready to take your exam, please email the Law Registrar’s Office at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a pdf copy of the exam questions to your L&C email account within 1 hour. When you receive the exam, please email email@example.com noting receipt of the exam.
You must begin the exam within 30 minutes of receiving the pdf copy of the questions. Once the exam has been sent, no changes to the date or time will be permitted.
When you have finished the exam or the allotted time has lapsed, please email your completed exam to firstname.lastname@example.org as either a pdf or a word document. In the subject line of the email, please list your exam number and the name of the exam. Remember, do not list your name on your exam answers, use your exam number only. When finished, please delete the exam questions from your email/computer/trash and destroy (shred) any printed copies. Please retain a copy of your exam answers for 48 hours and then delete them from your email/computer and trash.
Remember, do not share, discuss, distribute or photograph the exam in any way shape or form nor use any unauthorized exam materials. Doing so will be the subject of an Honor Code violation investigation.
