Exam Security Access:  Secure

The exam-taker has no access to computer files or to the internet. Student will not be able to access E-Textbooks.

 

Availability of Exam Questions:  

A paper copy of exam questions to be provided to students. Exam to be taken on campus ONLY.

 

Authorized Materials:

You may bring with you into the exam the following items: 1. Your hard copy of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure “annotated” as follows: You may hand write in the margins of the rules book next to the rules and statutes (any blank pages in the book are off-limits). These notations can include case names or any other explanatory material that helps you understand or apply the rules. You may also “tab” your rules book, but please do not write material on the tabs beyond the basic information about what it is “tabbing” (i.e., rule number or subject). 2. You may hand write on two sides of a single 8 ½” x 11” page. These handwritten notes may include material from your own outline, but not from commercial outlines or answers to practice exams. Students who have a typing accommodation for exams may apply that accommodation to these Authorized Exam Materials’ handwriting requirements. No other materials are allowed.
