Open gallery
As part of Title IX weekend, and in support of women and girls in sports, Wildwood Running and Lewis & Clark College present the Wildwood Miles for Women & Girls.
This event will provide women and girls of all ages and abilities an opportunity to walk, jog, or run the one-mile event on February 17, beginning at 6 p.m. at Griswold Stadium.
Please register on Athletic.net by Wednesday, February 15 at 8 p.m.. Cost to enter is only $6. Walk-up registration is available on-site 5–5:45pm (please have cash).
Participants will be placed into one of the two “open sections” at the beginning of the evening unless space is available in a desired timed section. Section assignments for pre-registered participants will be determined and posted by Thursday, February 16 at noon to live.tf, as well as e-mailed to all participants. The walking sections will lead off the night, and heats will get progressively faster as the evening goes on.
Whether you participate or not, please consider a DONATION that will go directly to supporting women and girls in sport. Proceeds will be split between Wildwood Running and the newly-formed Lewis & Clark College Women’s Sports Endowment Fund.
