Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) aims to raise public awareness about sexual violence and to educate communities and individuals on how to prevent sexual violence. The focus of this year’s SAAM is on sexual violence on higher education campuses. The statistics are staggering - one in five college women will be a victim of sexual assault by the time she graduates.

To respond to this need, on April 12th, NCVLI hosted a webinar exclusively for OVW LAV grantees on how attorneys and advocates can protect the rights of a victim of campus sexual assault during the civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings that she must endure. To learn more click here.
