Test Date:   Unscheduled, Available Friday October 4 - Monday October 7. The quiz must be completed and uploaded by 10:00am Monday October 7.

No student may use or access any form of generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology during a quiz, midterm, or final exam, unless expressly authorized by the professor teaching the class for which the exam is being taken.

Exam Security Access:  Non-Secure Blocking Internet

Non-Secure Blocking Internet The exam-taker has access to all computer files but not to the internet.

Availability of Exam Questions: 

Paperless exam. To be taken remotely off campus ONLY.

Students must use Examplify to access midterm questions.

Authorized Materials:

This is an open-book examination. Students can utilize outside materials, including written notes, books, and the hard drive of their computer. Students cannot access the internet. Students cannot communicate with others about the exam or its contents. All exam answers must be exclusively the student’s own words. Students can “copy” and “paste” during the exam. These rules are enforceable pursuant to the law school’s Honor Code.
