Kathleen Sullivan Inaugurates Justice Kennedy Lecture Series
The Justice Anthony Kennedy annual lecture series will lead off with a talk by Kathleen Sullivan, the former dean of Stanford Law School and a partner at the law firm of Quinn Emanuel. Dean Sullivan is one of the country’s leading scholars on the Supreme Court and is also a well respected oral advocate before the Court. Dean Sullivan will be speaking on campus in September, 2009.
The lecture series is designed to promote discussion of cutting edge issues affecting the U.S. Supreme Court and the Constitution. The program was established with the approval of Justice Kennedy when he visited the law school in the Fall of 2008.
