Dear Victims’ Rights Community,

In December the fall semester Crime Victim Litigation Clinic wrapped up, producing outstanding contributions to the victims’ rights field.

On January 19^th and 20th, NCVLI convened a group of stakeholders from all over the country to begin a conversation about the future of victims’ services.   Amazing dialogue took place about how to better meet the needs of victims and how to form productive partnerships among various areas of the field.  Vision 21 will continue to develop in the coming months.

 On February 14^th, the National Alliance of Victims’ Rights Attorneys (NAVRA) will be launching its new website.  The new website will host amazing content that will include our entire database of victims’ rights case summaries, sample pleadings by jurisdiction and topic, copies of NCVLI amicus briefs, and links to past trainings. Be sure to visit www.navra.org on February 14^th to show that you too “heart” NAVRA!
