Dear Victims’ Rights Community,

Happy New Year!  We ended 2010 with amazing community involvement, and we are looking forward to another year of engaging with our community to advance victims’ rights.

Dear Victims’ Rights Community,

Happy New Year!  We ended 2010 with amazing community involvement, and we are looking forward to another year of engaging with our community to advance victims’ rights.

In December the fall semester Crime Victim Litigation Clinic wrapped up, producing outstanding contributions to the victims’ rights field.

On January 19th and 20th, NCVLI convened a group of stakeholders from all over the country to begin a conversation about the future of victims’ services.   Amazing dialogue took place about how to better meet the needs of victims and how to form productive partnerships among various areas of the field.  Vision 21 will continue to develop in the coming months.

On February 14th, the National Alliance of Victims’ Rights Attorneys (NAVRA) will be launching its new website.  The new website will host amazing content that will include our entire database of victims’ rights case summaries, sample pleadings by jurisdiction and topic, copies of NCVLI amicus briefs, and links to past trainings. Be sure to visit www.navra.org on February 14th to show that you too “heart” NAVRA!
