Todd L. Van Rysselberghe

Todd L. Van Rysselberghe JD ’88 was appointed to the Clackamas County Circuit Court by Governor Kate Brown JD ’85 to fill the vacancy left by the June 2018 retirement of Judge Robert Herndon. Van Rysselberghe practiced litigation for 28 years at Kennedy Watts Arellano LLP, focusing on family law. His practice also included business litigation, professional negligence defense, consumer law, probate matters, debtor/creditor law, intellectual property, products liability, and environmental litigation. He represented clients in over 300 cases in 11 different counties throughout Oregon, and argued cases before the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
