Wendy Hitchcock

International and Foreign Law Librarian

Wendy started working at Boley Law Library in 2000 and began her current role as International and Foreign Law Librarian in 2018. Wendy is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Lewis & Clark and teaches International and Foreign Legal Research, Advanced Legal Research, and 1L Legal Research. Prior positions at Boley include Head of Reference and Assistant Director for Public Services. Previously, Wendy served as a reference librarian at Clark Memorial Library at the University of Portland, and Public Services Law Librarian, with the rank of Assistant Professor at Taggart Law Library, at Ohio Northern University. Wendy also served as an Oregon Publications Attorney for the Oregon State Bar, a general practice attorney for a Portland law firm, and a research analyst for a jury consultant firm. Wendy provides reference service to library patrons and specializes in international and foreign legal research.
