Ellen Dully

Ellen Dully, M.BA, is the Director of Administration and Operations of the National Crime Victim Law Institute and is responsible for day-to-day operational, administrative and financial management. In this role, Ellen works to ensure efficient contract and grant compliance, effective management of human resources, creation of business plans, and oversees budget development and financial reporting. Prior to joining NCVLI, Ellen worked as Associate Director of Development Operations at Oregon Food Bank, where she was responsible for fundraising strategy for the statewide hunger-relief organization. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religions Studies from Macalester College, and a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University. Ellen joined NCVLI in April 2018.
