Biography
Juhi Aggarwal is a civil rights attorney in Metropolitan Public Defender’s Community Law Division. Juhi has over a decade of experience using the law to address systemic inequality and currently focuses on tenants’ rights by addressing legal barriers of people with criminal records. Juhi has previously worked as a poverty lawyer with Oregon Law Center and Disability Rights Oregon. She volunteers with the Oregon State Bar’s Civil Rights Section and Disability Law Section while also serving as a board member of Unite Oregon. Juhi graduated from the University of Michigan and Georgetown University Law Center.
