Altamush Saeed



Altamush Saeed is a Pakistani Animal Rights lawyer, philanthropist, and teacher. He holds an Animal Law LLM from Lewis & Clark Law School(USA) as the 1st Pakistani recipient of the Brooks Institute for Animal Rights and Policy International Scholarship, a Human Rights LLM from the University of Michigan Law School(USA) as the Comparative and International Law Scholar, and a JD from Lahore University of Management Sciences(Pak). He is currently an Environmental Law LLM Candidate at Lewis & Clark Law School and a recipient of the LLM Ambassador Award Scholarship.

He is the Co-Founder/President of Charity Doings Foundation and the Animal Welfare Ambassador to Comprehensive Disaster Response Services, both nonprofit organizations registered in Pakistan/USA. He is also a Junior Fellow at the Animals and Biodiversity Think Tank at the Global Research Network. He currently works as a Legal Consultant at Phoenix Zones Initiatives.

He is the current Diversity Vice Chair for the American Bar Association Tips Animal Law Committee and the incoming Social Media and Communications Vice Chair for the American Bar Association International Animal Law Subcommittee. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Climate Change and Human Rights Subcommittee and a Founding member of the Animal Law Working Commission at the International Association of Lawyers(UIA). He is also the Deputy Director for the World Moot on International Law and Animal Rights.
