Biography
Ann Lininger is a circuit court judge who handles criminal and civil law cases. She served two terms as an Oregon state representative, co-chairing the Legislature’s Joint Committee on Marijuana Regulation, and one term as a Clackamas County Commissioner. Judge Lininger practiced law at Legal Aid Services of Oregon, the Sierra Club Legal Defense Fund, and at private firms.
She clerked for judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. District Court. She earned her BA from Yale and JD from New York University School of Law.
