Carlisle M. Pearson

Carlisle M. Pearson JD ’20 has joined Lane Powell’s Portland office as an associate and member of the commercial litigation team. During law school, Pearson served the firm as a summer associate by assisting work on litigation matters involving real property and land use, constitutional law, landlord-tenant law, contracts, dram shop liability, insurance law, and other areas. He also spent time with the U.S. Department of Energy at the Bonneville Power Administration, where he gained experience with interagency negotiations and assisted in matters involving energy law, forest law, Indian law, federal lands law, natural resources law, environmental regulations, and legal ethics. Pearson holds bachelor’s degrees in both environmental studies and legal studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
