Biography
Katherine Thomas is an Assistant County Attorney for Multnomah County. Her practice has focused on land use, elections, sustainability, county service districts, general governance, and appellate work. Prior to joining the County, Katherine served as the Assistant General Counsel for the League of Oregon Cities and as a law clerk to former Chief Justice Balmer. Katherine received her BA from Whitman College and her JD from Lewis & Clark Law School.
