Biography
John Mansfield is an IP lawyer in Portland, focusing on IP litigation and business. He has litigated patent and trademark cases from software to pet toys in Oregon, California, Washington and many other courts throughout the country, as well as in the ITC. He also advises clients on a wide variety of business areas relating to IP. Before opening his own firm, MansfieldLaw, he was a partner at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, and has practiced at Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco and Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C.
