The International Crisis Group is an independent, nonprofit, non-governmental organization committed to preventing and resolving deadly conflict. Using expert analysts located in the field, the Crisis Group identifies the conflicts and problems, develops policy prescriptions and uses high-level advocacy to effect change. Analysts are drawn from the fields of journalism, diplomacy, academia and NGOs.
