International Law

ISLP organizes its work into six focus areas that employ complementary, synergistic strategies to achieve our mission. In these areas, staff members have a broad understanding of the field, actors, and challenges, as well as access to a core group of advisors and experts. Although each focus area has its own strategy, we encourage work at the intersection of and collaboration across focus areas.

Through our work, we seek to build local capacity, whether through formal training sessions or through extended engagement and mentoring for lawyers, officials, and civil society representatives.
