External Projects Chair
Madison is in her second year and is excited to be a member of the Lewis & Clark Law School ALDF board. She is from Denver, Colorado where she graduated with a B.S. in biology from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
By studying biology she hoped to provide herself with a background to use in a career involving animal rights. After graduating she applied to Lewis & Clark specifically for the animal law program. As a 1L she was a member of the SALDF chapter and also source checked for the Animal Law Review. Over the summer she had the honor of being a research assistant for the Center for Animal Law Studies and the opportunity to write a paper for the Animal Legal and Historical Center. This year she is one of the Submissions Editors for the journal and is excited to be involved in all things animal law.
In her spare time she enjoys playing with and cuddling her dogs Rocket and Lightning, watching movies, eating good vegan food, and exploring Portland.
If you have any ideas or suggestions for ALDF chapter events, please do not hesitate to reach out!
