Michele Wasson

Michele Wasson is an attorney with Stoel Rives, the largest law firm in Portland.  Her practice focuses on serving non-profit organizations and providing estate planning advice to individuals with significant philanthropic interests. Michele assists a variety of non-profit organizations including charitable organizations, educational institutions, private foundations, trade associations, public non-profit organizations and trusts to successfully further their missions while navigating complex laws and regulations.  She is Treasurer of the Executive Committee for the Oregon State Bar Nonprofit Law Section, and Chair of the Estate Planning Council Seminar Planning Committee, and serves on the Providence Brain and Spine Institute Board. Michele received her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2005.
