Shipping Services
The Reception Desk receives deliveries from FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express and packages from the U.S. Postal Service. The receptionist will notify you if a package is being held at the desk for you to pick up.
The receptionist can help you with Priority Mail, Customs Forms, and Certified Mail. You can purchase first class stamps ($0.39) at the desk or pay the exact postage for metered mail.
Currently, U.S. mail must be in the wooden "Outgoing Mail" box at the desk by 9:30 a.m. to be postmarked the same day. Inter-campus mail is also picked up at this location. Packages and envelopes for faculty can be left with the receptionist for routing.
Shipping supplies, including packaging and shipping documents, are available at the Reception Desk. FedEx Airbills can be done online by the receptionist, and personal FedEx charges can be billed to you by the business services office. To have the receptionist prepare a FedEx Airbill for you, you will need to provide this information: Who to ship to with the address and phone number, the shipping speed and who to bill. The receptionist will also help you with packaging, rate finding and mail weighing.
Parking Passes
Daily parking passes can be purchased from the machine in the Law School parking lot and from the receptionist. Note: The machine takes one and five dollar bills.
All students, facutly and staff must register their vehicles. Students then go to Business Services for a dashboard card to identify them as "law students" or "3rd/4th year law students." Students can then purchase daily parking passes.
If you have a guest coming to the law school and will be charging their parking fee to a school account, please arrange that with the receptionist prior to the visit.
The Reception Desk cannot process payment by credit card. Cash and checks are accepted.
