Federal Indian Law Cases at the US Supreme Court

Please join Professor Frank Pommersheim and NALSA for a lunchtime discussion of current Federal Indian Law cases at the Supreme Court of the United States. Some of the cases he will be discussing include Dollar General Corporation v. Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and United States v. Bryant.





 





Professor Pommersheim sits on multiple tribal appellate courts throughout Indian Country and we are fortunate to have him as a visiting professor this semester.
