Library research award applications open Thursday
Feeling proud of your research paper? Consider applying for the library’s research award, which has a $200 prize!

Applications for the James J. Kopp Library Research Award will be accepted from December 11 through December 21 at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific).
Students in Bibliographic Research in Writing classes are invited to submit their final projects along with a short accompanying essay about their process. Students in current Fall BRW classes are eligible to apply; all eligible sections are listed below.
Every year, two winners receive $200 in recognition of their excellent work and growth as researchers.

For this week, visit Watzek’s atrium to seek a poetic cure to what might ail you. We are delighted to host a Poetry Pharmacy created by Psychology and Health Studies student Sofia Dimaggio ’27. Visitors may select from jars offering joy, hope, inspiration, forgiveness, and belonging in verse form.

Announcing the 2026 Special Collections Visiting Fellow
Watzek Library Special Collections and Archives is pleased to announce the Eric Rosenblum is the recipient of the inaugural Special Collections Visiting Fellowship. Rosenblum will work with the Katherine Dunn collection and related collections held at Lewis & Clark College this June and July, 2026.
