Curious about the Lewis & Clark Career Accelerator and how to get involved? The Career Accelerator is a four-part commitment to all Lewis & Clark students that delivers the skills, guidance, experience, and connections you need to launch your career as soon as you graduate.
Skills. Develop in-demand skills throughout your L&C experience. Hone your foundational abilities to think critically, examine multiple perspectives, and communicate effectively and marketable specialized skills in data visualization, search engine optimization, effective and ethical use of AI, and more. You gain the skills, we’ll help you learn how to show others you have them!
Guidance. Meet with expert career advisors for essential career guidance. We can help you identify career paths and how to navigate them, along with how to gain the experience you need, build your network, and tell your story.
Experience. Gain hands-on experience applying what you learn in real-world settings. Complete a paid internship. Study abroad. Work with faculty on cutting-edge research. These help you build skills and develop your networks now and set you up for success in your career when you graduate. Opportunities are available to all majors and career interests.
Connections. Careers of impact start with strong networks. We can help you develop your network through personalized, curated connections with alumni and employers.
Career Accelerator offerings are added daily. Expect a new website soon and look for new classes that will set you up with paid internships. Come to the Career Center anytime for the latest resources and updates on the Career Accelerator initiative. See you soon!
Thanks!
