The Lewis & Clark community came together on April 11 for an unforgettable night, successfully raising more than $1,600 to support TransActive.

If you missed the live action or simply want to relive the highlights, use your lclark.edu email address to view this photo slideshow. Special thanks to photographer Nina Johnson for volunteering her time and talent to capture the magic of the night.

Every dollar from generous guest donations went directly to TransActive, an initiative through L&C’s Graduate School of Education and Counseling that provides essential support and advocacy for transgender and gender-expansive youth.

The stage stayed busy with a diverse lineup that proved talent—and a good sense of humor—runs deep at L&C:

  • Staff Stars: Spirited acts from Alumni and Parent Programs, Human Resources, law faculty, law staff, and a member of Executive Council.
  • Student Sounds: A high-energy set from a talented law school student band.
  • Standout Moments: Crowd-pleasing performances by Reggie “Regina” Raiford kept the energy soaring.
  • Special Guest: The room was honored by a special appearance from Miss Trans Oregon 2024, who added an extra layer of inspiration and glamour to the festivities.

Between the complimentary food and the laughter following the various performances, the event served as a powerful reminder of what the Lewis & Clark community can achieve when it rallies for social justice.
