Alexis Rana ’26 (She/Her/Hers)

Biochemistry and Molecular Biology minor in Data Science

Alexis Rana is an international transfer student from the Philippines, now studying Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a minor in Data Science at Lewis & Clark College. When she’s not diving into gene expression or helping students with chemistry problem sets, you’ll probably find her café-hopping around Portland, hunting for the perfect oat latte and a cozy thrifted sweater.

Alexis is passionate about fashion and modeling, and she runs a small secondhand clothing shop on the side—think curated Y2K finds, vintage gems, and lots of personality. She’s also a big fan of old Japanese films and loves anything with good storytelling and even better cinematography. Whether she’s pipetting in the lab or styling an outfit for a shoot, Alexis brings creativity, curiosity, and a love for aesthetic detail to everything she does.
