Gina Kennedy, LC’26

Major: SOAN, Minor: Health Studies
Interned at Lewis and Clark Office of Health Promotion and Wellness

“After spending a semester working here, I feel like I see the relationship between story and health even more clearly. Someone’s unique story shapes the health choices they make and the factors that matter in the process of making choices. Promoting health requires keeping in mind that each student has a different story.

Completing this internship has made it clear to me that this is the field in which I want to pursue a career. Additionally, I have gained a lot of confidence in my skills and ideas.”

Gina was awarded the Health + Humanities Internship funding through the Center for Community and Global Health to support her as an intern at the Lewis and Clark Office of Health Promotion and Wellness.
