Mario Landau-Holdsworth is an engineer and entrepreneur specializing in renewable energy projects, with a focus on energy efficiency, energy storage, EVs, and smart grid. As founder and CEO of EverCharge (2009-2014) he invented and commercialized the first smart electric vehicle (EV) charging solution for condo and apartment buildings, which is now used in thousands of locations around the US. In 2022, EverCharge was acquired by SK E&S. He holds multiple US and international utility patents for energy management systems and EV technologies. Between 2018-2020 he participated in the stakeholder workshops for grid improvements in Puerto Rico, together with the DOE, NREL and local government agencies. He serves as E-mobility Advisor for Hopcharge, a startup based in Delhi, India, providing on-demand and at-your-doorstep mobile EV charging services. Mario spent four years as a K-12 hands-on science instructor at Mission Science Workshop, a nonprofit, community-based museum and enrichment program in San Francisco, CA. He has a BA in Economics from Lewis & Clark College (2008).
