Graduate Student
Professional Mental Health Counseling with Specialization in Addictions
(she/her)
Hello there! My name is Kat (she-her). I am a graduate student in the Professional Mental Health Counseling program at Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling, and I am specializing in addiction counseling.
Through previous work in crisis counseling and my own personal and professional experiences with addiction, I have developed passion for supporting folks impacted by addiction, including problem gambling. I believe therapy can be most powerful and effective when it honors the whole person — the mind, the body, the heart, the spirit, as well as your lived experiences — and when healing involves community. I aim to create a warm, curious space where we can slow down together and explore the patterns shaping your life.
