The Lewis & Clark undergraduate mock trial team seeks to further civic education by providing students enrolled in Lewis & Clark’s undergraduate program another path through which to study and explore the federal rules of evidence and courtroom procedure; seeks to foster a collaborative learning environment; and seeks to represent the Lewis & Clark College undergraduate community in a positive academic capacity among other collegiate institutions and in local, regional, state, and national tournaments.
