Todd Davis

Administrative Specialist for Alumni and Parent Engagement

The Alumni Gatehouse

Todd was born and raised in Connecticut. The son of a Montessori teacher, his K-9 education at Whitby School in Greenwich left him with a lifelong awareness of the value of education. Camping trips “out west” during his youth inspired a love of the outdoors, which in part led him to enroll at Colorado College. In addition to studying anthropology and fine arts, he attended a Spanish language institute in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Upon graduating from CC in 1986 he moved to Seattle, where he worked as an art book buyer in a family-owned art supply store for fifteen years, then as a textbook buyer at Renton Technical College for ten. When Todd heard Lewis & Clark’s bookstore was looking for a new textbook buyer in 2015, he jumped at the chance to become part of the L&C community. Two years later, he was thrilled to have the opportunity to bring his unique skill set and his love of education to the Alumni and Parent Engagement team, where he can be of service to the greater Lewis & Clark Community.

Todd lives in SE Portland with his wife Kris. A longtime cycling enthusiast, Todd has ridden RAMROD (Ride Around Mount Rainier in One Day) and the STP. He commutes via bike several times a week, and is part of the L&C “Bike Posse.” Todd loves to cook, is an avid gardener. He and Kris have two cats, Arden and Oscar.
