  • Description: This asynchronous two-credit pre-bar exam course focusing on the three tests that make up the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) – the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), the Multistate Essay Exam (MEE), and the Multistate Performance Test (MPT). The course will help students develop study skills and exam-taking skills, as well as gain familiarity with some of the most frequently tested doctrine in the areas of Torts and Contracts/Sales. You will receive individualized feedback on three graded essays and two graded MPTs. You will also write and self-assess several other essays and MPTs throughout the course, and will complete more than 100 MBE questions. The course will also focus on study strategies and study planning for the bar exam. Students will learn through a combination of video lessons, outline reading, interactive online lessons, handouts, and practice questions.
