Small Business Legal Clinic Works with Pro Bono Attorneys
-
(Bruce Ely/The Oregonian) Joel and Mary Schroeder (right) met last week with David Herman of Intel and Lindsay Dickston of Perkins Coie about Blue Window Creative, their photograph and design company. Intel and other companies encourage their attorneys to donate time to help small businesses get off the ground or solve legal problems in conjunction with Lewis & Clark’s Small Business Legal Clinic.
The Small Business Legal Clinic was cited in a recent Oregonian feature story about its work with local attorneys from Intel and Perkins Coie law firm. In addition to the work done by students in the clinic, local attorneys volunteer time each month to work with small businesses needing legal advice. See the Oregonian story.
