Alum Named Director of Equity, Inclusion & Academic Resources for the Law School

Lexie Zirschky ’14 began a new role at the law school in August: the director of equity, inclusion, and academic resources. She oversees the law school’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and provides academic and general support to assist students in the transition to law school and help them improve their academic performance. Previously, Lexie served as the director of public interest law in the Career Services office since 2020.
In past roles, Lexie has designed, implemented, and presented extensive diversity and inclusion programming, served as chairperson of the OLCC diversity and wellness committee, and trained law clerks and attorneys to succeed in cross-cultural and multilingual contexts. Lexie is also an active member of affinity groups that further the inclusion of non-dominant-culture groups in Oregon and the legal profession as a whole. She is excited to continue to work closely with students to ensure that they are welcomed and successful at Lewis & Clark.
